I'm so over the Christmas marketing season. I've been annoyed more this year than in previous years by the all out greed displayed and the pressure to produce that "perfect gift" that shows everyone that you care. BAH HUMBUG !

Years ago, with my g/f, her sisters were all sitting around the living room lamenting having to buy for everyone under the sun.
I suggested that they all agree to not buy for each other and just for their own kids.
They never considered that...they were so relieved.
I don't even send out cards anymore...a few Merry Christmas emails...that's it.

That's how we have always done it. Sure makes for a fun, non stressful Christmas.
