I don't live in a tiny house but I do have a small home and garage. Aside from the usual expenses such as taxes, utilities and maintenance, it has saved me a bundle over the years.

Some nice design there Sid. After living in a metal structure for a while now, I'd suggest having a roof cover the total structure.
The temp transfer is an issue to manage. Even a solar array on racks that create an air space and shade would do a lot for controlling inside temps. Perhaps a good solution for sunshine rich Az. Cheers Richard |
Yup Solar is on the agenda, as well as a fair deal of insulation! One reason for the high cube containers is they are a bit taller which allows you to insulate well and still have a decent ceiling height.
