Holy crap tailbone injuries HURT!

Slipped on the ice last Monday and landed square on my tailbone. Hurt pretty good when it happened but wow this is really lasting longer than I thought.

Worst is getting out of the truck. it's like getting a large needle in the ass every time. friggin miserable.

I read it can take up to 4 weeks to heal if not broken. The older I get the more amazed I am at the dumb **** that hurts.

Try one of those little donut shaped pillows. Yeah, it will suck for longer than it seems like it should

The wife of one of my nephews apparently slipped in the shower earlier this week and hurt her's as well.

I don't have any more details but I'm sure it hurts like a mother!

Shattered mine off of a snow ski jump. Ski'd 2 more days. Hot tub every night drinking wine. Then sat on a donut for 3 weeks. Ended my ski jumping career

I broke mine hiking down steep terrain while hunting. Landed on a pointy rock. The donut is great advice. Mine hurt like crazy for a couple of months. Then every once in awhile you would sit on it just so and it would let you know you were alive! That lasted about a year.
