my next door neighbor's wife got him an lp8 for christmas. i shot it many times, and you're right, it's uncanny how accurate it is right out of the box. a good 25 - 30 yrds hitting a soup can lid. amazingly good oem sights. i'd like a smoother trigger, as some say. he says he can do the work himself. i may get one.
