Alexander Rossi and F1
I have to say, I was really disapppointed to learn that Rossi lost the last seat at Manor. It was looking like 2016 would have a grid filled with people that deserved to be there, now that we finally got rid of that idiot from Venezuaela. Sadly, Manor picked a guy that has no F1 seat time and that finished over 40 points behind Rossi in GP2 last year, because he had a fatter wallet.

Yeah, that was a major bummer to see. I'd hate to be a young, fast driver in America these days.

Carter Williams. Remember that name. My friend's son is making his debut in Formula Speed this season.

I hope that the Mr. Carter Williams has a hugh bankroll behind him if he's interested in F1.

Poor Carter was not born into money. He won in carts, and got his ride based purely on ability. Straight A student and his dad told him it's either you find sponsors or you go to college. Either way, the kid has a bright future ahead. Like any kid, he has dreams of F1 but racing is cruel as we all know.

More power to him to follow his dreams. F1 is a paper dream to most.

I'd like to think that Rossi will be back at some point. IIRC, he did out-qualify and out-finish Stevens every race. Unfortunately, the teams at the bottom need money more than talent.
