eBay ad question (sorry)
Bought an item, received it, had parts missing. Contacted seller who replied parts missing was stated in original listing. Went back and looked and sure enough, it says parts missing. Very little in the description to begin with and I don't remember seeing the "parts missing" sentence.
Can ads be changed after the fact? Luckily it was small-buck thing. Just curious if I missed that or seller added it after I contacted him. TIA |

My guess is you probably missed it. It happens.
Like Motion said....comments can be added (or changed) but there's always a notation when that is done. |
Look just above the box that says "Item specifics." There will be a link to log of changes... says "View all revisions." Won't tell you the details, but will tell you if the description was changed and when. Changes can only be made if there are no bids. After a bid any changes will appear on their own.
What I'm not sure about is changes that happen when selling multiple items. |
If the seller has multiple of the item. They can change the listing throughout the time it is "live".

I think I just missed it. Seller offered to take the item back since I originally posted this today so no harm, no foul. Thanks for the replies!
