+1 on the Arles Blue with a white roof.

A buddy had a 110 that was RAF surplus in that color. Loved the look of that thing! So authentic looking.

FWIW, this is the one that got me wondering about grey...

I like the green / white top and I also like the machinery gray.

All-white is hard to beat for simplicity.

Red... Can never go wrong with Red!

Plaid. Or a family tartan

From the ones shown here, I vote for this:http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1456739356.jpg
The roof, fender guards and rims with same color as the body give it a clean look. This way you have a vehicle to take off-road but that would also blend in at formal events like weddings...

Why not just spray the doors to match the rest of the vehicle. ? A complete colour change means a windows out internal and external spray job because these vehicles are definitely appreciating now and an exterior colour that doesnt match the interior panels will put discerning buyers off

Good points, but here's why red works best. The rig will be getting a new chassis & bulkhead before we take it to the USVI. That means it'll be pretty much completely disassembled- so painting then will be much cheaper/easier. If I go red with a white roof, I'll ask them to leave the interior white- matching the roof & meaning it'll look 'right'. One problem with gunmetal grey is that the interior would be that colour- and thus much darker. Silver would work best of the other options for interior.

I considered having the doors painted to match in the short term, but getting a close match will be tough. I also have a new bonnet coming and already have a new rear door, so that would mean a lot of matching. I like the ivory, but I think red looks better.

Just drive it through mud and call it brown.

Just saw a LWB dark blue one. Looked great.

Rednine11 02-29-2016 01:30 PM

That dark silver looks great on it with black trim

I vote for the light green also. Classic.

Sorry, just not a fan of older colours on a newer style rig. Just doesn't look right...

I think that's gorgeous. With cream colored wheels, it would be the "it" Rover for me.

Yeah, I like that, too.

I had that exact truck. This pic below is with the canvas on, the hard top was just like the above.

In person it is, I think, the most pleasing look regardless of geography.

I'll vote for red with a white top.
