Trying to help my daughters friend get a truck and my question is does any one look at vehicles online that say Get A Quote? Gees you know what you want just print it with out me wasting my time with some krazy price.

The "get a quote" prompts for your contact info... which has value to them even if you don't buy.

If you go down this road, get a new gmail address and use it only for crap like this.

No. dealers trolling for contact info. Took me months to get off (Somerville NJ FORD list), and their 'internet special' price was more than salesman quoted when I walked in.

However, Costco online is worthwhile IMHO. Saved us money with Jeep, but not with a Subaru.

Craigslist private party only for used vehicles for me. I never would buy from a used car dealer, including the ones who don't post a price!

It's very useful for the dealer. Not so much for the buyer.
