Maybe and yes... Both look pretty damn sad though. Should probably be investigated at least, possibly replaced

I wouldn't go by a chart... I'd look at the breakers they are wired too. I've seen plenty of electricians just use whatever was handy...

If it's a home then it's 220 and Sidney is correct.
I see a gas line, kitchen or laundry? I'd replace the outlets, check the breaker, wire, etc. But if they are not used just turn them off at the breaker for now. |
