Help with research on the Female Police Training work in Afghanistan

This forum always amazes me with its breadth of both experience and knowledge, so I'm wondering if anyone can help with an introduction or a route to one.

For a current work project I'm researching the ongoing training effort by the NATO partners of female police women in Afghanistan. I know much of this work is carried out by Western female police officers. Often in senior positions but also supplanted by our very own female MP's. This can be any nationality although an officer From the US /UK / Australia or Germany is preferred as they are the key member states involved.

The research is completely private, and entirely non judgmental. It is simply to get some perspectives and background on the training. I have an interview budget.
