Scuba diving
I know its off topic - but I need some quick help.
Where is there a good site reviewing scuba sites and operators? I have searched the net and havn't found what I am looking for. I am going to Punta Cana in the Domminican Republic with some of my customers next week and I am trying to find out what the good dive sites are. I will probably only get a morning of diving and want to make the most of it. This board is always full of good information on all topics so I figured I would ask Thanks, Jeb '79 930 |

I believe "Risky Business" showed a good example of scuba diving, but that was a 928 wasn't it?

Jeb -
I dove there about 4 yrs ago and stuck with the Hotel outfit - it was ok (I think it was called the Iberia resort - in Punta Cana). NOthing special, so I would not feel good about a recommendation to the place. BUT _ _ _ watch the surge in the area. I don't know if it was just the timing when I was there, but we were rocked 4 or 5 feet at a time. Just wanted you to know so you're not suprised if it happens to you too, Have fun Adam |

Call your local PADI association. They will be able to provide you with the quality dive locations. Also pick up a SCUBA mag. They run the same ads over and over again and have tons of info on different dive locations.
