Ordering from Amazon
 

I'm having an issue with Amazon that I've never had before and can't find any online help.

I put items in my cart but the cart empties when I go to checkout. :confused: It happens every time, logged in or not. Very strange.

Anybody ever have this happen? Any tips?

Did you try changing web browsers?

Never had the problem, but when strange things happen I clear cookies, and if it still does it run cccleaner.

Is it possible you are being misdirected to a site trying to steal CC info? Scammers are getting better daily....

I keep getting inflatable dolls delivered to me addressed to F. Butt. Is this related?

nope, I switched to real dolls, but you go ahead and keep those others anyway. ;)

Check to make sure the items are still available. I've had things disappear and pulled my hair out trying to order - then noticed "Item currently unavailable" in the fine print.

Plenty of inflatable dolls in stock. Jeezus!

I had a similar issue with them and found out that I had two diff user names and only one of them was linked to my acc't info. Called them, they deleted one and it work fine.

Never had that, but had them cancel the order a few days later due to lack of stock.

Call up Amazon and describe the problem, their customer service has surely seen this before.
