A question for the horse experts in the crowd.
Horse tosses rodeo performer off back, tramples him to death
I've been told that horses won't/don't intentionally trample a fallen rider. Is this a case of an angered animal or just a very tragic accident?

I think that in the frenzy, the horse don't actually see that they are trampling someone.
Yes, it's a very tragic accident.

Normally, the more experienced the horse is in rodeo events, the less likely it will be to go after a rider. I've seen younger, inexperienced horses literally go after bucked off riders with fire in their eyes...

I'm sorry, but IHMO, it takes a special kind of stupid to get on the back of a pissed of a 1000lbs animal.

I have friends that rode bulls back in high school. Most have been stepped on, and have back problems. Something I would not do.
Tie off your nutz, and throw a human on your back. Yeah... no |
