Viewing PPOT....mobile or desktop?
'Bout a month ago, my hotspot croaked and my cell phone service sucks (regardless of carrier...cell tower overload) so I did somerhing I never thought I'd do....smartphone. I find the PPOT experience (all mobile apps actually) to be totally different with pros/cons...which do you use?
Damn mobile app...I meant for this to be a poll :) |

Desktop @ Home/Office, iPad on the road. |
I use my laptop. Iphone print is too small to read for too long.....:(

Bulletin boards and mobile are two things that should never be discussed in the same sentence.

Browser no matter the device.
Firefox on desktop/laptop Chrome on my Android tablet (G-Pad w/ cyanogenmod on it) Safari on my iPhone |
Tapatalk is a mobile app that is fairly popular - Pelican behaves with it. Unfortunately, the tapatalk development group has periodically/frequently "improved" the app and changed so much about it that it is not near as user friendly/convenient as it used to be.

Browser for me too, even on my Galaxy. I just stretch (zoom?) the screen a little to make it easier to read. I don't like the mobile device version at all.
|
Desk top on a 27" screen. I can't use that damn phone but to perform simple tasks, like calling people or text now.
|
Desk top only, I use my IPhone for calls, texts, and photos.

Mobile version sucks sweaty donkey balls.
If you need to, just hotspot the new smartphone, and use it to get your desktop onto WiFi. |

Browser set to desktop mode on PC. Browser set to mobile mode on phone.

When at home, I use my laptop, except when I'm in bed I use my phone (but it's getting harder and harder to read it).

Work issued desk unit during business hours, otherwise, on my Ipad at home. I can't stand doing anything on smart phone.
