It is not that big of a deal how many calories that serving has but the sources of calories. That is full of sodium, sugar, processed fat and bad carbs.

But is that really good? I could come up with 50 things to eat that top it easily ... Most of it a lot healthier. And made from meat or seafood! :D

Of course there are many wonderful things to eat. Ribeye. Keilbasa. Bacon Cheeseburger. Lobster. Shrimp. Calamari. Waffles. Funnel cakes. Cheesecake. Chocolate anything...
It's just important to have a balanced diet. Veggies are often overlooked so the above is one to help make sure you are eating right. |
