This is crazy. I'm not familiar w the laws in N.C. but this doesn't seem like "simple assault" to me, more like felony assault w GBH = state prison time. :eek:

I have known mike, Kenny and rusty for many years. rusty lives a tiger woods 9 iron away from me. great guys.

mike is w/o question the most refined of the three. a great guy. this was shattering for me to hear. more shattering to hear that the thugs have not been handled more appropriately. disgusting.

Looks like according to that article, this trash (Lucas Landscaping) has had prior violent trouble at this venue

Lucas Landscaping will prabably be changing thier name real soon.

They need to stick the 3 guys in jail with their new husbands. That would feel like justice.

Or line up some real bone-breaking SOBs to dole out some karma to these thugs. I mean, it sounds like there would not be much legal consequence from such a move in those parts. :rolleyes:
