San Diego shop recommendations for IMS bearing?
I was wondering if anyone in San Diego can recommend a shop for a IMS bearing upgrade (LN Engineering)? Somewhere near Kearny Mesa would be ideal but I'm willing to travel too.
Thanks! |

You can contact LN, they have a list of licensees all over the country.
Make sure you have a serial no. and documentation to gain the upshot in value of the car. |

Black Forest was my first thought but I guess I've always associated them more with air cooled stuff. I'll give Jeff a call though.
Their website only lists Dieters but I'll call them in case they haven't updated the list in a while. |

Is Dennis Sherman (La Mesa Blvd) still a good Porsche shop? I used to take my 76 there back in the 80's when I lived in La Mesa, and when I was out there last month I drove by and they look to be still in business.
