Is dolly tire patch-able?

Thinking of pouring in a sealant.

Or can I get to the inside to stick on some bike tube patch?

I looked at new tires and they cost more than the dolly.

Tube generate a lot of heat. Not good for long distances or highway.
Sealant probably is fine. Ask your local tire guy (who you trust).

It's a two-wheeler dolly. Doubtful it will see much highway or high-speed use, but this is vash....so, .....

This is a hand truck/dolly? Tube would work or a plug or pop it off and patch with a regular patch.

Eh? Don't buy a tube. It's cheaper and easier to buy the whole wheel/ tube/ tire assembly at either Harbor Freight or Tractor Supply. When you have a fleet of them ( I have a fleet of them), that's when you start buying tubes, tires, bearings etc.

Tube is only like $5 at Walmart and the tire comes off with a couple od screw drivers. Just went through that with my pressure washer.--Dave

No that's a two piece wheel. It's easier than your one piece. But my point is that you still have an old bearing, etc. Just change the whole thing. I justify changing out parts, but that's because I have close to 80 tires that need servicing.

I've never had much luck with the goo on these small pneumatic tires.
Then again, I've never had too much luck with these small pneumatic tires.
I absolutely hate these cheap chinese things.

So I'll thow out yet another opinion- If I were in HF, I would look into replacing both those tires with solid wheels!

There is nothing worse than sitting a heavy appliance on a hand cart and realizing that one wheel is low on pressure.

The goo stuff breaks down in hot weather. If you want to go cheap, then get the Slime patch kit. The tube can be repaired if the valve stem hasn't broken off. Takes about 15 minutes. Use a bucket of water to locate the hole. It's easy if you have an air compressor.

Bike tube repair kit. Same as you'd patch any inner tube. 5 minutes. Did it 3-4 times before when we had to dolly equipment across a construction parking lot.

Oops, a hand truck? Don't they still make the plugs? I wouldn't use one for a car but for a hand truck why not? Either way, don't take it on the highway...

I have tubes in mine. I just make sure t0 wear my helmet and strap in real good in for sustained high speed runs
Been like this for 3 years now, easy peasy, no leaks, no problems

BTW, mine is tubeless, popped bead, aired it and it had no leaks after being dumped in a bucket. Musta had some schmutz in the bead.....

I vote tube. I'm pretty sure that I converted mine to tube a while back because it wouldn't hold air.
