What's wrong is that you're hiding the Spanish translation behind that cover page, you sneaky speeder.

Equivalent to telling a deaf person that if they can't hear you, just tell me, and I'll start using sign language.

Hehe, Spanish is not a visual impairment :)

speeder 07-21-2016 06:21 PM

JD, exactly. If you can read that sentence, you can read English. :)

Oh, they have it in every language but Mork and Mindy. This is CA. :)

Can you hold it closer... I can't hear it.

M.D. Holloway 07-22-2016 01:51 PM

sorry I can't read that

I hate to be the only non-smartass on the thread, but it's there to let the helper/caregiver know that the recipient can get assistance in his/her language. Otherwise they would have to print the letter in every conceivable language, like the the instructions on anything made in Japan. Forget Chinese made, they don't send any instructions at all. They let you figure it out on your own - thank Al Gore for the internet or I wouldn't know how to use half of the electronic gadgets I have.

Have fun with it. Tell them you can't read their letter that said to call fhem and ask for assistance. So you need assistance.

His has to be a joke right? Or is this an obamacare thing?
