I need GoPro help

I just returned from a road trip with vid in my GP2 but I can't get it to transfer to my PC. I've downloaded the new app, it tells me that 6 files were transferred but I can't find them on my PC. WTF?

Microsoft is coming out with a new PC. It's called the WTF. Sounds like you're ready for it.

try Users->your name->My Pictures->GoPro

Or

Run the the app, look for preferences, look for default save path

Or open your download file. Sometimes they default to there.

Does your PC come with an SD card reader?

If you want to go the manual route, take out the SD card, put in adapter for standard size, slot in then copy like a regular drive.

It is all explained on page 20 of my GoPro user manual (PDF file). You can set the down load sub directory when you install the software OR you can pull the SD card can use an adapter to read the video files manually to a location of your choice. If you do not have an adapter to read your card, Walmart sells one that reads all sizes and shapes for very little $$$$.
