So, the guy had a road rage incident that sent him to prison for 10 years. He got out and promptly started another road rage incident, but this time someone else finished it.
When he got out of prison, he got married. A quote from his wife “Just because he went to jail, that did not define who he was,” she told the newspaper. “He wasn’t this angry person who went around angry all the time." I get what she's saying, but I think she's wrong. If your fuse is that short, then you probably are angry all of the time, but manage to keep it in check. It's a shame that someone died, but then that was just as true the last time when this guy's anger killed another man. I'm not bothered by these events. He won't kill or injure anyone else.

People with Impulse Control Disorder aren't usually people who walk around being angry.
Their entire lives are defined by a mere few seconds of it. Not saying this guy did or did not have ICD, nor that ICD is any justification whatsoever. Lots of crime is committed on impulse. |

ICD - whatever. I knew a guy that "couldn't" stop beating up his girlfriend. Always claims it wasn't his fault... she would do something to make him mad and he couldn't control himself... Funny thing though, he NEVER had a problem with controlling himself when the guy at the bar who made him mad was strong enough to rip his head off.
As someone stated in another post. Own it.
