Works like a hot damn on my cat, freezes him instantly
|
Wonder if that is where mama cat would pick them up?

So I picked him up after a bit of minor surgery...... and a shockingly expensive bill.
https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...1cdb515ac9.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d606f945f9.jpg He was trippin a little in the ride hope. Kept falling over in the carrier that he barley fit in. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d247989bdd.jpg Got him home and inserted into the upper bathroom as per the instructions from our vet. He is one pissed puss, walking around growling and such. But in his defense, I would be too having several holes in my shoulder. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...ecf8091edb.jpg In four days, I either return to the vet to remove the drain(s) or, I can snip them and give them a quick yank. Then run for my life as he tries to rip my face off. |
Any 3 digit vet bill is rather cheap.

There are pet health insurance policies available that I am going to look into. BTW, another photo of Bella's kittens chowing down on Science Diet Chicken n'Rice Kitten formula. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1556901916.jpg |

In the grand scheme of things, that is very true. Dobby has always been an odd case. He is unlike any other cat we have been owned by. He truly is bi-polar in nature. At least about 500% more by-polar that cats usually are.[emoji1] unfortunately the comment about Animal Outreach is accurate so that was a huge factor. What I am actually hoping for is that we can slowly introduce him to Adam and Hamish to see if they “might” be comparable. Now he is current on his shots. Window interaction has been good, so we will see.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Today was the day to remove Dobby’s drains. Practically had to sit in him to use the medic shears.

Cat fud can hack
Even need something so keep nuts, bolts, washers, Etc as your working on your prize P-car while wrenching under it while trying to keep it all in a neat little pile? Right up to the point you perform the best sweeping kick a ninja would be proud of and eliminating any hopes of ever finding everything again? Well here is another way to keep track of those little buggers with the thanks to your cat. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...9cdbbc0569.jpg Using one of those fangled side ways can openers that removes lids cleanly https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...81249aef25.jpg De-ring the scalpel sharp inner edge. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...de33683c53.jpg Clean edged can to place small items in one place while work commences https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...50fca0f0a3.jpg Works good on tuna cans in case you needed something a little larger Cheers https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...a5d56c1e39.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

They’re a nice size and have a removable lid . Unfortunately they took over the house before I could find a use for them so I threw them all away . They’re put in a little plastic mouse thing before I go to work each morning and she sits there slowly bashing it around until a treat pops out for her to eat . A couple of weeks ago I found a real live mouse in my work boot in the garage as I was getting ready for work ... She sat slowly bashing it around waiting for a snack to come out :D:D http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1557804064.jpg |
And here’s the real deal highly addictive crack cocaine for cats !!!
Guaranteed to tame the most wild kitties and turn them into your best friend forever !!! (Guarantee only valid for 60 seconds after you’ve given them the treat) Apparently they’re only available from a store beginning with W that I refuse to go in , so I buy mine from amazon . After a dramatic incident a few months after I last posted in this thread ( I forgot about it) I ended up taking lots of time off work , phoning around , visiting the adoption agency and vets etc. before I finally found out about her past and got put in touch with an animal optician that she used to see in San Diego . Yeah , I didn’t know my adopted cat had an optician ... I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a dog and cat optician :D It turned out well !!! she can now see again , and I can no longer afford new tires for the Carrera !!:D The yucky smelly tuna paste treat that ALL cats love just happens to dissolve powder . So now I have the pleasure of cutting a pill and crushing it down like you would a line of cocaine . But instead of sticking it up my nose a sprinkle it on the tuna goo and stir it up before giving it to the oblivious cat / Tbh , she’s that excited when she sees me grab a small pie dish that all she cares about is getting the tuna goo that’s imminently heading her way . http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1557805350.jpg HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you need to give your cat meds , if they don’t want to eat , or you simply want to treat them .. I gave one pouch over 3-4 sittings and by the time the 4 days was up she was hooked . Takes the pill no problem . . |
Here she is back to normal .
Normal being one eye a different color to th the other one Hence the “Bowie” in her new fancy name I gave her . Picture taken this weekend for my stolen pen twitter pagehttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1557806046.jpg https://mobile.twitter.com/Abrahams_pen |

Hi-ya Baz, Thanks for asking about the Dobbster. Yeah, all is good in the cat hood. We sequestered him in the upstairs bath for an entire week until there were a few solid days after I removed the drains. It turns out that was a wise move. The morning I let him out, he promptly strolled, or more like sashayed to the lower property and took a cat dirt bath. The little toad was more brown that grey n white from rolling.[emoji849] That would have been really good on his open surgical wounds. Anyway, the Mrs and I really wished he was more social than he is. While healing, we had a couple of those accordion baby gates stacked just so the youngins and he could see and smell each other. The two boys wanted to play with him soooooo bad, it was cute to watch. Hamish would lay on his side and poke his front paws through the mesh reaching out to him. Adam would lay up against the grate and roll on his back, exposing his tummy. They even started bringing up all their toys and laying them next to the grate. Dobby just stared at them................. He is such a butthead[emoji849] Since he had his arse handed to him by whatever, I sealed up his access point and we let him out in the morning and he is waiting by the door at night. I think he got the hint and likes the security of the enclosed area. We are in a hill so there is plenty of room under the house. That’s where my work shop is since we don’t have a garage. Morning(whenever I get up from working graves) ritual of lobbing their toys. If we don’t pick them up at night, they walk around at wee hours mewing with them in their mouths. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...c1f9dd46d6.jpg Diggin the pic of Tuck, very regal looking hansom boy.
