Change to Smog Requirement
Gentleman, I lost lock on what happened in the Cali State Assembly regarding to change to the years that cars no longer require smog. Can someone bring me up to speed??

CA used to have a rolling 30 year exemption, Ahnold signed it away, proposed by the rugmuncher that played Dobie Gillis' wanna be GF.
The legislature have proposed a few new rules but it keeps getting killed by the Libs.....
