More Marble
These I just finished, I don't think I have posted them before, but I just put the final polish on them. The Alien Woman is Carrara Marble, about 15" tall with the base, and since the picture I noticed the boobs weren't level and have been working to fix them, just a little boob job. I had this finished with a more regular face and the dress more like the Greek/Roman but then I was looking at it and it looked just like every other statue you see so I changed the face and head, smoothed out the dress.

more of the woman, the Eagle is pretty stylized but that seems to be he way most of my stuff turns out. dmit, I didn't plan ahead when I took these pictures, they come out sideways.

The two tone rock is brilliant. Like the eagle is part of the tree with nature intertwined.

Most of it I try to sell. These two are going into a show the 26th and will be there for a month. I have even sold something to a Pelican.

LOL, I was thinking that sculpture of the woman is awesome but would be even better if she didn't really have a face .....
