A fun morning cruise.

Headed this am for a place 30 miles away. Decided to take the Prelude to stretch it's legs.
Half of the way there is x-way...I got on it and stepped it up to 85 (the speed limit in Mi is 75)

The highway was almost empty...the only traffic was most likely headed for the UP of MI.
I passed a few cars and then came up on a group of 6-7 cars that looked to be going in a group.
I passed a couple at about 90 and they stepped it up as we all went about 10 more miles at 95-100. All were spaced out in distance and no crazy moves were made.
Received thumbs-up from two of the cars.

The Prelude is rock solid at that speed. The double-wishbone suspension makes it feel like there are no bumps...just sounds.
And the Toyo Extensas are great tires!

Pics taken today after the drive....

(Notice my super green non irritgated lawn!)

Wide open?....
I left home this am at 7:30 for my 16 mile bike ride. An hour later, I was home and had counted seeing only two cars and at least a dozen Amish buggies headed for their church!

^^^ The horses don't like me passing them on my bike...they make a lot of noise.
They want to break into a gallop...but they can't.

They would enjoy that!
Their last road trip was FL to MI in a dark cardboard box when they were hatchlings
