Pretty stupid. (But it is Russia after all. )
At that altitude, all he had to do was not see ONE power line that spanned that highway and he would have been quickly tangled and heading into terra-firma.

Filmed in August 2012, the video was shot near Dnepropetrovsk, where the Ukrainian army has a helicopter training school. What we're watching is likely a pilot learning the ropes of terrain masking - or just f***** off. And if this is a training run, I bet the IP has flown the route many times and knows where the wires are.
