R.I.P. Gene Wilder

Just saw that Gene Wilder passed at 83, from complications of Alzheimers. Always great in the movies he did., and a big loss.

WOW, this is really depressing. I hope he's hanging with Pryor in the afterlife.

And Gilda too.

I've only seen him in movies with Richard Pryor.

He'll always be the Waco Kid to me.

Ordinarily I could not care less about celebrities or actors. Not my thing.

I know nothing of Gene Wilder other than he seems to have found a way to be famous with a twinkle in his eye.

I always admired that.

In his 80's with Alzheimer's: This is truly a RIP.

Young Frankenstein is one of the funniest movies ever made. Marty Feldman along with Gene Wilder were perfect.

Gene Wilder is always fun to watch. Very funny man. At least he lived a good long life.

Put the candle back!

I first saw him in "The Producers" with Zero Mostel. Great film, great actors. R.I.P Mr. Wilder.

Wow, RIP, one of the Great Ones. (I am stunned as he seemed to go on forever).

He was in Woody Allens everything you wanted to know about sex and he played a therapist that fell in love with a sheep..........laughed my butt off every time I saw it. Sheeps name was Daisy, in the end Wilder is a skid row bum in an alley drinking Woolite out of the bottle in a brown paper bag ! Classic comedy you will be missed !

He was brilliant in Start the Revolution Without Me, as Donald Sutherland's twin brother.

Still worth a watch.

So very sorry to hear this although he is now out of pain, thankfully.

What an endearing talent - who left so much behind as his legacy goes on...RIP Gene.....and thank you.
