I pulled myself up on a strap into the back of my Sprinter Van

The strap wasn't hooked right

First the spider bite. Now a broken wrist. Keep it up and PPOT will have to start a "random medical trauma" thread.

I'm hoping you have seen a doctor. I did something similar a few years back, and had to completely abstain from using my right arm for 10 weeks. No stick shift, nothing.

Looking back, it wasn't as long as it seemed. Heal it right, and you will be much happier.
