Traffic Lawyer in SoCal

Tired of this ****. This prick wrote me at 80 approx while I was doing max 75 on the freeway and when he pulled me over his blue lights were out, I couldn't even tell he was trying to stop me.

Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations before I started looking online, tired of being an easy mark for tickets. Pulled me over, license and reg didn't even go through the whole spiel of do you know why I pulled you over son. **** me that's irritating.

Mr. Ticket - San Diego Traffic Ticket Lawyer Mr. Ticket

For $100 it has worked many times for a buddy.

I tried it once for ticket near Buttonwillow.
Towing 60 in a 55.
Mr Ticket charged me $200 for the service as it was out of their local range.

Anyhow in court the ticket was not dismissed but the fine was lowered $200.
So the lawyers got paid but I did not get the ticket dismissed or save any $$.
Instead of paying $200 to the state I got to pay the $200 to the lawyer.

Do a trial by declaration. Hopefully he won't respond. If he does then take him to court. really easy to do...I'm 2 out of 3 in having it work. When it didn't i plead down the fine in 1/2 in front of the judge.

What is the trial by written declaration process? - Traffic Division - LA Court

Just my 0.02, but if you're tired of this ****, maybe you shouldn't be driving 15 over the limit.

Hmm I'll check out the tiral by declaration first. That's a good idea.

Speed limit 65 and for the first time ever being pulled over I wasn't paying attention to how fast I was going because I was just cruising. I've taken my lumps with speeding tickets before but this one was bs. He was filling a quota, got one look at me and pegged me as an easy ticket.

You were an easy ticket because you were speeding.

Yes, it sucks and it's stupid.

If you still want to fight, I think edgemar is onto something.

You were speeding. Wrong place at the wrong time. I got popped doing 35 in a 30 zone. Motorcycle cop sat there with a radar gun right around the bend where no one can see them. There were a line of people waiting to sign their tickets.

They usually get ya doing 15 over. What part of the city?

Some smaller cities have their speed limit set at 35 then suddenly as soon as you cross into another block, it changes into 25 for two blocks, then back up to 35 again. The cops has a field day there making sure everyones gets their fair share

My last speeding ticket was almost 20 years ago and I was also doing 80 on a 65 mph freeway. I was super polite and courteous and he only wrote me up for 70. I did online traffic school, paid the fine and went on with life without my blood pressure going up one tiny bit. I think you should try the polite/courteous strategy next time, you might be surprised how often it works.

Around here we call those areas 'School Zones'.

It took me a loooooong time to learn but here are the rules I finally decided to drive by.
First, never, ever be the fastest car in the area you are driving in. Along with this, stay out of the far left lane. Next always use signals to change lanes and while waiting to get around that dammed Prius, do not tail gate. If there is a school zone be very careful to be 1 or 3 MPH under the posted speed limit, ESPECIALLY IN ARIZONA NEAR PIR! Always stop on a red light if you are turning right and there is no green arrow. There is a light near where I live close to a Costco and once a week or so they will have a whole line of cars stopped that did NOT stop first. Finally use a radar detector as in CA now even the CHP has radar in their cars, most in the front grill area.

The last ticket I got years ago in my wife's 1987 930 I used the trial by declaration and it cut the cost by 75% which was nice.

That's called the "Barcelona superblock theory", wherein higher speed limits are allowed on a 3x3 or 4x4 'grid', with low speed limits on the interior blocks, allegedly keeping the interior streets 'safer.' I think it's just a bunch of crap.

There's a lot of babble in my neighborhood about people speeding - and danger - and 'the children' - and there's "baby on board" stickers in every window and those stupid "drive like your kids live here" lawn signs. Everywhere people whining about changing the speed limit on our local streets from 25 to 15.

And yet these people who are screaming are the same people who tailgate me in anger in their G-wagons whilst texting and snap chatting and trying to get their precious spawn to the country day school if I go the posted 25 in my 'dangerous sports car.'

Ahhhhhhhh. that felt nice.

I drove from OC to Bakersfield and back today. The CHP had 6 cars on the grapevine that I saw. The speed limit is 65 and the flow was 80 I didn't see anyone get pulled over for 80 trucks where running 70 with out a ticket.

On the 5 in Southern Orange County you better be doing 80 or get in the slow lane. In fact, it works that way most days all the way to Oceanside.

Oh yeah, on the way down as soon as you pass Disneyland, you better open up or get to the right. Its 80 on the "new wide" section of the 5. I have to ask, it actually floats. Its usually bumper to bumper. Well, Santa Ana sure sucks.

When I am down that way, there's always someone pulled over just before the fwy enters Santa Ana. That section is faaaast. I am usually doing 85 there and that's the flow of traffic.
