Loved C&D when he was at the helm. The Pontiac/Ferrari GTO "test" was a hoot. Fun days that will never return. RIP Brock Yates.

Just watched cannonball run a month ago after not seeing it for many years.

I remember reading a Brock Yates commentary in C&D about freeway traffic flow and how a Highway Patrolman entering on to the freeway bottled everything up for several miles before he exited and traffic then resumed to a fast flow.

I liked the article so much I lifted most of it (with a little rewording) and turned it in as a paper that was due in a college English class. The teacher enjoyed it as well - and thankfully wasn't a C&D subscriber. Thanks Brock!
