Seriously, PopaDoc, BabyDoc, the TonTons, catastrophic earthquake 5 years ago which it has barely begun to recover from, relief workers bring in cholera and now a direct hit from a Cat 4 hurricane ??
All this on the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere and one of the poorest in the world ? Seems they can't catch a break at all.
