Those are very nice pictures guys, great views!

I just look out through my storefront window onto one of the busiest surface roads in the north of England.Still, thats why I chose the location, for passing trade. Constant flow of traffic.

On my morning walk I'll often have geese fly eye level to me no more than thirty feet away. Incredible. |
As I mentioned, no windows at all in my building. We do have a glass storm door and a foyer so I can see outside if I go around the corner from my work area and I can see outside. It is just a parking lot to see.
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1477573599.jpg I guess I can always change the pictures on the wall if I want a different view. The stairway to the attic is not a great view. But if a hail storm or bad weather comes along we can park our cars inside. One day when I drove my 911 to work I walked 20 feet, got in into my car that was parked inside, and my drove straight home to my garage. |
Since I'm retired and don't have an office, I have to put up with these views.

When I was stationed in San Diego in the '80's San Diego was still a fairly small place and all the new developments/towns were called "Rancho" Something.
We used to call the real country places like where you live "Rancho Out of Town'O". I'd be there in a second. The Potomac River can kiss my tush (I ain't askin' for much...). |
This was almost my view from my office back in 1978. In this shot I was actually on the building roof a few floors above my office window.

Lindbergh control tower, an office I shared for 26 years in San Diego.
Nice views of San Diego bay, Coronado and Pt Loma. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1477586087.jpg |
My not so bad view of Puget Sound, West Seattle and a slice of the port from the 7th floor in the Belltown neighborhood. It's a lot nicer when it's sunny and in the winter the sunsets are pretty amazing. It was a little better before they built the one just below...

Wow, lots and lots of great views from places where we spend so much time. I'm enjoying this.

I am forced to look at Coronado and Point Loma from the southern corner of NBSD

Princeton Harbor, Half Moon Bay. Sometimes the sea lions and sea gulls get a little loud. Plenty of Pelicans, though. (The winged kind.)

Mine isn't that scenic but I make up for it with variety. Anything is better than being stuck in my windowless cubicle all day. :) http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...f/P1010010.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...P1070005-1.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...f/P3240095.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...f/P1010297.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...ff/mortars.jpg My desk: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...P1010008-1.jpg |
