Anybody have a Yatour digital "cd changer"?

I've been looking for something like a digital media player that I can connect in place of the CD changer in my 2001 Audi and ran across this:

Yatour-Digital CD Changer,Digital Music Changer,iPod Adapter,Intelligent Parking Assist,AMI,KVW - Home

Has anybody here used one of these? They seem popular on the Audi forums.

Haven't heard of either of those. These are the ones I've seen discussed a lot:

I had a GROM unit in my old 2004 Miata, not too expensive, worked pretty well, some of the controls on the head unit controlled the iPod that I would plug into it. If you don't want to replace the whole stereo, then I'd say a GROM or something like it is a decent option.

I think I was able to use pause, play, forward one track and back one track. I was also able to use the CD controls or station buttons or something to choose one of 5 or 6 play lists.

I have the GROM unit in my e39 and it works great. It's in the trunk and uses the stock CD changer wiring. It has an Ipod jack but I really only use the USB port. I can have 594 songs on the USB. Six folders that the head unit recognizes as CDs with each ‘CD’ having 99 tracks.
When switching between USB – Ipod - Bluetooth, the nice BMW lady says “♪ Bluetooth ♪” or “♪ Ipod ♪” The Bluetooth module also works for hands free phone use.

I have had a Grom unit for years in a 2008 VW Tuoareg like the one just above and it seems to work okay. Mine is hooked into the CD changer harness. Now I would probably use a raspberry pi or something similar hooked to a harddrive full of music.
