Installing baby changing table

Need to do a solid for my dentist.

He needs a baby changing table installed in the offices main restroom.

Tile walls and right now I'm not sure if the interior of the building was studded out using wood or aluminum studs.

I hate drilling tile.

Almost wonder if the damn thing can be glued in place or at least adhesive used in addition to bolting the damn thing to the wall.

Considering toggle bolts for anchors.

Thoughts?

These drill through tile like butter, I was amazed: Bosch Glass and Tile Drill Bit Set (4-Piece)-GT2000 - The Home Depot

Maybe you can find the studs on the back (other) side of the wall?

Unless you drill into a wood stud, use toggle bolts. Avoid a lawsuit....

go above the drop ceiling and cut a hole to investigate what you are dealing with

First off, they would be metal studs or wood, not aluminum.

Next can you get above the ceiling? Do the walls go all the way up? Check this first for framing type and layout.
