Spoon for a Swiss guy (the 'normal' kind)
 Not a great photo, inscription over the lion is Helvetiorum Fidei ac Virtuti ("To the loyalty and bravery of the Swiss"). I gather it's a souvenir from Luzern, back says depose 800, which I take to mean 80% silver. Less than 5" long. I don't know who the lady is. Free to a good home. Jim
