A bit of investigation, probably scam. They "scare" you into registering all sorts of Domain names at inflated prices.

As in sent via USPS.

Basic rule is, anything, email or snailmail, that pertains to domains you own that does not come from your known registrar of record is bogus.

Usually from some Slavic/Ukrainian/ex-Eastern bloc based organization.

Hilarious was getting three in two days from the same place on the same domains with three different prices.

Those are dropping in one or two daily. Redriected automagicaly to the spam folder recently.
