Looking for under dash rocker panel, blank....

Cant't seem to find a source for blank panels for 3/4 inch round hole rocker switches for accessories. Extra lights inside the engine bay and interior. After my Lasik, low light acuity is not good. So I am going to install a couple extra LEDs to help an old man (yes, me).....I have the switches.

I could fab something up with thin sheet metal but a pre made panel would be preferable. 2-3 holes or 4-6 that I could cut in half. ;)

They would hang under the dash. Any ideas or links appreciated.

RV or marine shop should have something like that

As mentioned, marine supply or check out longacre racing

What about the guy here that does resto work on switches? I bet he has some gear like that. Shipping would be pricey though, he is in Poland or something.

You'd have to enlarge the holes - maybe 1 of these would work. (Horrible Freight carries an inexpensive bit for sheet metal hole enlarging that would do the trick.)

Pretty popular in the Jeep world, might try looking at some of there web sites

There are holes in the dash for factory style switches, and they use smaller holes. I wouldn't install under dash switches on a 911 because the dash is already so low. You might try a pull switch, or a 3 position pull switch maybe, in the dash?

Found what I needed, thanks. :D

Aluminum angle "iron", Sawzall and Dremel and SEM Trim Black. No one had anything I needed. $0 as I made it out of scrap.....http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1481661982.jpg
