King Of The Boards

Well this proves it......The pen is mightier than the sword....

As many of U allready know there are a number of Early Registry and R Gruppe types who have chosen to use the ignore feature with regards to my posts on this Board and the Early 911S Registry Board.

That means that I have such an emotional effect on these grown men that they can't stand to read my posts. That their fear is so great that they will lose their souls that they lose all sense of themselves and run and hide. IF that is the case then I am greater than I ever thought I was......I truly am a man of wealth and taste........Run and hide for here comes TABS...He truly is KING of the Boards...........

Let the naysayers be warned, Tabs has reached his full potential in life.

King of the off topic and ruler of meaningless posts.

Now go on like a boy with a new found bodily function and spread your threads void of all Porsche content.

Bwahahahahahhahaha, would someone, preferably the almighty tabs himself bring me up to speed on this mayhem he has bestowed upon the R-gruppe pelicanites?

Wink Re: King Of The Boards--run and hide

TABS, yep . . . your a bubble-burster for sure. Don't know if that makes you "KING of the Boards" though.

While the jury is out on that one you will just have to settle on "TABS -- a man of wealth and taste . . ."

Big fish small pond. Don't knock Tabs for changing ponds, sooner or later he will be a big fish in some pond. Maybe not quite King of the pond...

Mind you it is quite funny Tabs how you get stuck into the RGruppe guys - why's that?

TABS THE TERRIBLE

I proclaim myself to be TABS THE TERRIBLE.......has a nice ring to it don'tcha think.......

I better not take myself too seriously here......or let this $#!+ go to my head.....

Anyway: King of the Boards = pure hyperbole

Dear Bill & Zamirz

Explaination of R Gruppe & Me: I am a "purist" when it comes to old Porsches.....I like them as they came from the factory and am not a modifier. I expressed that opinion and was writing some tongue in cheek stuff that parodied the R Gruppe and myself. They took me literally and it's been down hill since then....Except the R Gruppe Meister hisself is truly a kind man. It's the other members that have made it a religious experience.

PS. Zamirz all you have to do is ask SWBSAM, PWD72S or any number of others ........they can tell you in no uncertain terms about me....

PS: TED I admit "Bright Idea" isn't my best.......but it sure did work though.

TABS, being ignored is really getting to you isn't it? By the way for all the uninitiated TABS = IAN.

They have surrendered the field

yeah why CJFusco did you bother?

CurtV I have been NO Reponsed before and I blew that off, but by pressing the ignore button I don't have a chance.....and I was the first one to admit that it has bothered me..... There are a couple of my posts that spell that out..... However by the same token you have to realize what the Run and Hide people have admitted to by going to such lengths, that what I write EFFECTS them so deeply that they can't handle me. If thats the case then I am powerfull enough to cause grown men to run and hide from what I have to say.........and that has nothing to do whether it bothers me or not, I am simply stating the truth of the matter....

CurtV what your post didn't take into account was that everything in life is a 2 edged sword...... U buy that 996 U have lusted for....your bank account goes down. You sell your beloved Carrera your bank account goes up. Two sides to every coin.

PS: I am still here writing even though it "bothers" me......I havn't run away in the face of adversity like some of your good friends have CurtV!!!

Tabs, your've got completely the wrong idea. We love your posts.

How was New Years eve; did you get to play up? Me? I went to a resturant with a friend and drank too much and had a good time flirting inappropriately with the waitress and good looking tall blonde at the next table.

I am very Thankfull that I have friends out there....So I guess thats my New Years message.......Thank You for the support and may we kick @$$ this year.....

PS: Thanks Ted you've put me over the top, your link to the Registry was just what was needed.....God does look out for @$$ holes like me.........

Tabs--yes, you have a sort of Howard Stern appeal...people do want to hear what you'll say next.

But out of curiosity, is this some sort of "self-help" exercise suggested by a therapist, or from a spiritual healing book???

Happy New Year!

They came so close to getting me....I was on the ropes all but knocked out...... I can just imagine some of their faces now RST, CornPanzer, Tweed, Chuck Miller, Six Shooter....LOL......"Oh No, we can't get rid of him.....We've tried."......

Jay I've spent 30 years putting pieces together. When I was 20 I realized I didn't know a dam thing about myself or the way things worked and started to learn the way things worked in the world. I was willing to put the years on the table and learn. So today things are so clear it amazes me... and it is so easy to pick things apart and analyze them..my proof is how effective I am at writing the stuff I do here. This is for fun and is a creative release where I get to think things up and put it out there. You've only seen the serious side of me once (1st gear) and only for a couple of lines...... So my friend I wish you a prosperous New Year. Tabs aka a man of wealth and taste

I have read a few "tabs" posts.....

He bores me. He is actually quite daft and tries using his "power" to get his points across, when he should be using his intellect to get his points across.

I don't get people who get excited, hurt, happy or, well, anything because of what someone said on a thread. If typed words from someone you have never met effect you that much, perhaps broken timing belts are not your biggest worry.

Everyone should take Tabs for what he is........and from reading a few of his rants, I get a bored, lonely fella who can't stop mentioning this "Registry Board" and his frictions with different groups.

Tabs....people are not blocking you because of anything YOU are doing, people are blocking you in hope of sending a message. I think the mesage is simply, "please stop".

I usually like reading posts of certain people who don't fit the "norm" - i.e. Big Porsche Guy, etc. I find it interesting to gain knowledge from people who view things from a different perspective than I and I enjoy reading peoples thoughts and opinions that "stir the pot".

Tabs - you give me none of the above. Reading your posts is like reading an Archie Double Digest - you can skip through it fast because the stories/plotlines are almost always what you expect them to be.

Come on Tabs - dust off that Neuron that gives you the hootspa to even think anything you have to say is rendered usefull by anyone and start saying something "exciting" or "interesting".

Someone above mentioned you're like Howard Stern. Guess what? People are sick of Howard too. The "shock" aspect of your approach is weak and that's about all you go on. I think you're capable of more.

I think you are right.......it has taken an outsider to express it in a way for me to understand.........the key words are "PLEASE STOP" No one has put those 2 words together that I can recall......how can I not respond to them?
