Isn't part of the adventure of motorcycling the threat that disaster can strike at any moment?

I saw an advertisement for this & didn't bother to look at it. I thought it was some minor thing that just warned the rider.

First was those 3 wheel motorcycle, now this? Personally, I think its pretty cool tech and tech must move forward, but you wouldn't catch me on it. I bet many of us want like hell to ride one just for the heck of it.

This is awesome and why I love technology.

Some people, myself included, want the rawest experience possible, others simply want to be able to have an experience. If technology can enable that, I'm all for it.

I think it's pretty cool, and I'm an avid rider. It really seems only useful at low speeds (below 10 mph). Above that there is the natural gyro effect that keeps any bike upright. So it doesn't seem like it would interfere with the fun of riding or mitigate the "disaster" affect mentioned above. But I'm all for anything that would do that!

The only motorcycle allowed on the self driving highways. As long as one can turn it off at highway exit to enjoy the back road twistys might not be too bad.

Japanese sure love robotics. Anyways, I think there was a French individual who showed off a two-wheeled self balancing vehicle that also had a full top. Might have been four years ago.

Technology can help do all that.

I'm sure there is a good use for the tech. But a motorbike?
