Batch File Help - Rename photo's with EXIF Date & Time
 
Has anyone done this? / know how to do this?

seems there should be an easy line of code to do this. Something like...
ren *.ARW %EXIF306%.ARW
But that doesn't work. :-/

Does it have to be a command line solution, or would you mind using this old tried-and-true method?

I use Rename Expert - it looks like it will do what you need, and more...

Its been a while, but photoshop allows you to do batch renames.

How to Batch Rename Files in Photoshop

I think Nikon ViewNX2 allows the same (freeware)

Thanks. I do try to avoid freeware. Hoping I could get by with a line of code, or two.
