Outlook calendar sharing

Is there a way for someone to share their outlook calendar with me so I can see it my iPhone calendar? I do not have an outlook account myself. If not, is there an outlook calendar app or similar where I can see their calendar???

No, you have to be on the same Exchange server to share things.

Be that actual server ,or in the cloud under the same business account

you can sync your iphone to a google calendar, and share that.

So, you can't share an outlook calendar to google calendar either, correct?

And so someone at their company can share their outlook calendar with someone at another company as long as they are both exchange?

I manage both Exchange/Office365 and Kerio Connect mail servers and they both can share events outside their domain as long as both users are using Outlook. It sends a .ics calendar event file with the invite. Users don't try to share whole calendars, they usually just share an event and invite each other.

Matter of fact, years ago put up the Kerio Connect server so company users in Exchange could share events/appointments with their spouses if the spouses had an account in Kerio. Kerio Connect was less than half the price of an Exchange seat at the time. I host web/email for several small companies. I charge $5.95/mo per user for email. I am not a huge juggernaut like Microsoft so can't do $4/mo like MS does. My main difference is I offer superior antispam. But also backup everything, both on and off site, keep the software up-to-date, upgrade the mail server hardware every 3 years. And it helps pay for the internet connection. All my users really like it.

Whats happening for me, is that i need to see the secretary's calendar of company A, which changes almost daily, without her having to send me an event invite every time she adds an event or makes changes to an existing one. I have an outlook exchange account now and she uses outlook exchange calendar but we work for two different companies. So how can I see hers?

If you happen to have web-based exchange activated is very simple because you should be able to access her calendar (Assuming you have the permissions).
I used to do that all the time but got tired of it so I wrote an program that we can all work/collaborate using a web-based shared calendar (like a gmail calendar but internal and custom made):

Anyway, try this:

See if you have access to your web based exchange server:
https://mail.mycompany.com/exchange/

If you do then try this:
https://mail.mycompany.com/exchange/mysecretary/calendar/

good luck.
