I got stuck on I 5 for a LONG time in an ice storm back in late 1980's in a winter storm, driving back to school in Salem after Thanksgiving.

One of the benefits of retirement is that when the forecast says possible freezing rain, I stay home. All it takes is being caught by it once to make you a believer.
