Getting some winter now. We had it pretty good last 2 or 3 months. -29C last night and today, big hairy storm coming tomorrow set to last all week by the sound of it.

Time to head south, if we're allowed.

Actually a bit of that snow might be welcome around here. We've been smashing high temp records almost daily and sometimes by 5 or 6 degrees... has been above 85 several times lately. All this after the temps dropping into high teens / low 20's just a couple of weeks ago which wreaked havoc on plant life... just can't win.

Heck, my plow truck is sitting in a mud puddle in my parking lot. We have had only 2 plowable snows this season. Last week was one and I moved more mud than snow . Although I really like plowing, I am not complaining

I am here in western NY. It looks like it is not going to be a fun day. Freezing rain, sleet then wet snow and wind, not a good day for trees and power lines.

30 degrees and raining here in NJ. Been that way since I got up this morning. Yayyy...ICE!!

Snowing here now, just east of Syracuse. We usually get 140-160" per season. Have about 4-5" on the ground. Will snowplow tonight. Retired, so no big hurry to clean the driveway.

We've had just a few inches since midnight here in western Nova Scotia. We're supposed to get another foot before midnight tonight. Winds are pushing it around. Just about all of central NS and all of New Brunswick seem to be in the path of this one.
Dennis, it seems to be missing you at the moment.

Well it looks like Dennis is getting hammered with the snow now. 50 MPH winds are pushing the snow around.

No not yet Les, 1330 here and it's just starting. We're not expecting to get it as bad as NS or NB or Cape B and Nfld for that natter. Still, it's expected to be "not nice"
for a few days. Just have to sit back and roll up some rims, for a couple of days.
