My millionaire ex got her last "child support" payment this month. At last the leach has fallen off my jugular. All my kids had moved out......I was making payments on an empty nest.

I raised my 3 kids on my own and I never received one cent from my ex because she stayed unemployed the whole time.
Her BF who had two kids wasn't paying support either.

Until my youngest turned 21 - my ex always accused me of not paying enough. The line that I got "well, I will just take you back to court" sent shivers up my spine.

There is absolutely no legal requirement for CS to go to the kids. In many cases, CS is simply a business model.

I think he means she's a millionaire 'because' he paid her.

One out of three of my daughters talk with me. The ex poisoned them. The one that DOES was tossed out of the clan for having an unacceptable fiancee. I am happy with the status quo. My last item on my bucket list is seeing her grave and expressing my condolences with a full bladder....
