Suggestions for Biz Software for Mac

Any suggestions for biz software for Mac that will take care of basic accounting including invoicing, bill paying?

MS Office for Mac.

They do not support MS Project.

How big is the business?

Quickbooks has been around a long time and can import/export just about anything you need.

If you need multi-user MoneyWorks Gold.

But don't listen to me, I use an old copy of Billings for invoicing and keep telling myself I need to get something else.

I have used Quickbooks for years and am quite happy with it. It also handles my inventory and taxes. have been using it for 20 years. Switched from Windows XP to Mac
seamlessly back in 2009. Now I run it strictly mac

QuickBooks in the cloud that way it's not platform specific.

quickbooks has been working pretty well for me for several years, every new version they tweek with stuff that didn't need tweaking but you have to renew if your using payroll .Prints most state and federal tax reports with a couple of clicks.

+1

This would be the way to go. There is a Mac version of QuickBooks but it doesn't talk to the Windows version. Your CPA isn't likely to have it so can't easily review your work. I haven't seen Mac QB in a while but historically it's been significantly different than Windows to the point that it's like using a different program and it lacked all the functions of the Windows version.

Downside to online QuickBooks is you pay a monthly fee forever.

Quickbooks is the go-to. We used Quicken for many years for basic check ledgers, but switched to iBank a while back. I don't remember why - my wife does the finances now and Quicken ticked her off over something so she switched. I'm not sure if iBank has a small business version, but we've been happy with it. I did my own books for years with Quicken and iBank was a very easy transition.
