Toyota Corporate Retreat
Think I mentioned this last year.
We all know Toyota moved corporate to Plano TX which is up the road from me. Last year we got wind that they bought a horse ranch right outside our development to be used as a corporate retreat. Makes sense as the location sits between Plano and Texas Motor Speedway. Also Alliance Airport is right next to TMS. They get a lot of corporate jet traffic in there. We knew they were putting in a track to be used for press events, new model debuts and such. Well after a year of construction we finally have something tangible. Just spoke with my brother, who works for Toyota, to see if he can get me a tour and maybe a gig  My house is the Orange arrow. The red one is Mike, AKA Lubemaster. The blue is Hardflex's son. Just for kicks, a mile to the right of the green arrrow is Rex Tillersons spread.

I doubt they want a bunch of gear heads stinkin up the joint. Besides, we have TMS 10 minutes south of us. They hold plenty of events there.
