Road Rage from my office chair
Yes, I'm pissed off.
My employee was driving a company car and got sideswiped in a minor way. Local LEO show up and do a report. The guy swerved left of center - it's in their report, probably only because it happened in front of a gas station and it's on their security camera. But he isn't being cited. No ticket because he is mentally incompetent. No kidding. He is know to local LEO because this has happened before and they know the guy's been playing solitaire with 50 cards for years and they still let him drive. This crash happened within 100 yards of a school. Does he have to kill someone before he gets his license taken away?

When that booze jockey ran a stop sign at double the speed limit, crashed into me and fled the scene, he was not cited for anything. It said in the report the cause of the wreck was excessive speed and failure to stop at a 4 way stop sign. They apparently do not cite for stuff unless they observe it happening. Even if he killed someone and lost his license, he would still drive.
