1960's muscle cars that are 1980s time capsules
I love how he first removed the tunnel ram intake before leaving the car for dead.
Time capsule to the mid-80s (aftermarket everything) ![]() Wheels White letter tires Gauges on the hood ![]() No fender liners?? That is the weirdest fender rust I have ever seen. ![]()

It's sure not a well set up 944.

The dollars probably don't make sense to save this car, but I still love it!
As a kid, I was only into 67-69, but the '73 is a cool looking rear. ![]() I've never seen such a rusty engine. ![]()

Hitting the road is exactly what you're going to be doing when you fall through the rust hole in the floorpan.

My favorite Camaros are the 67-68 and 70-73 with the thin steel bumpers. '69 is OK, but looks heavier than the 67 and 68 to me, and I like the vent window in the 67.
This wouldn't be a bad project if it was REALLY cheap. OK, i went to the link and checked out the pics. Holy (literally) moly, that things full of rust. I would have to pass on that much rust. It's too bad. If it had less rust, it might be a fun project if you were into that sort of thing.

I like the 68s because it doesn't have a vent window and the taillights have that split. The 69 looks a little more masculine with the new tail lights, rear gills and wider grille.

The hole in the floor pan services a useful purpose in case the breaks fail you can drag your feet to stop the car. With all the rust holes in the body you have plenty of ventilation and don't need AC. Which btw is a drag on mpg.

Any one in the area want to take a look at the car? Make sure there aren't any hidden "gotchas" that are missing from the photos.
