I bought the 301 piece "mechanics" socket and wrench set for $129 and took it to Saudi Arabia with me. It was on sale and I was an Inside Track member. I used it for 7 years and then sold it for 450 riyals ($120). The Pittsburg wrenches and sockets aren't horrible. Obviously, they aren't Snap On or even Kobalt, but not too bad.

The coupon flyers that come in the mail are very misleading. Some of those prices only apply if you are a "member" of their little club. or only apply to items that are full price (which is too much money for most items).
