Advanced System Care vs. Malwarebytes

Any of you guys up on this controversy?

I have the free version of each on our PC. I ran a Malwarebytes scan last night and it flagged just over 900 ACS files as threats. There was some PUP prefix on most or all of them.

Thoughts?
